PayPal Standard - OpenCart 3 - Rounding Decimals - Wrong Amount in Total

We came across an issue in OpenCart 3 with PayPal Standard where the rounding of prices causes a total mismatch.

Luckily we were quickly about to create a fix, and because we're nice, here it is:
