Simply estimate the number of hours you anticipate needing - this can always be adjusted later. Initiate a recurring monthly payment, and our expert team will be at your service, ready to address feature requests and tackle issues promptly as they arise. We advise clients to view the retainer as a long-term agreement, discouraging a minimum term commitment. Our goal is to cultivate a lasting partnership based on trust and continuous support.

Please note: Support Packages are specifically designed to address issues and bug fixes rather than ongoing development of new features. For new development, we recommend considering either a Fixed Price Project or Pre-Paid Blocks of Hours.

Transparent Time Tracking

Our dedicated team will utilise specialised time tracking software, ensuring full transparency into tasks completed within the allocated time. Stay informed about the work done and monitor your remaining hours throughout the month. We value communication and ensure you're aware of your usage to make informed decisions.

Discounted Rates

By opting for our retainer, not only do you bypass the time-consuming estimating process and eliminate contingency fees, but you also benefit from discounted hourly rates. Maximise your value while streamlining your support experience. Should you require additional support beyond your monthly package, we can continue at our standard hourly rate of £99+VAT.

Please note that to access our discounted rates, a minimum term of 6 months is required.

Support Packages Available

Please note that to access our discounted rates:

  • There is a minimum of 6 months.
  • You'll need to pay the first month in advance.
  • You'll need to remember that unused time does not roll over from month to month.
  • Please keep in mind that you shouldn't expect to use all of your hours every month, as our support retainer is designed for ad hoc support.
  • If you wish to cancel after the initial 6 months, you'll need to give us a full 30 days' notice.
  • If you wish to lower your hours after the initial 6 months, you'll need to give us a full 30 days' notice.
  • We charge for full calendar months, not partial months.
