Abandoned Orders Extension

We recently helped to install an extension for a client that has helped them show missing or abandoned orders. It has helped them to get more sales as it chases orders that might otherwise have been swept under the carpet. In the clients own words ‘Thank you, it works perfectly. We have already recovered lost orders so a worthwhile investment.’

It allows you to see missing orders in the dashboard, as well as the orders page. Furthermore, it calculates how many orders have fallen through and quickly allows you to follow up with these customers or clients. More importantly it doesn’t override core files and only requires vQmod.

So for a small business this really does take away the headache of having to find missing orders and spending valuable parts of your day doing something you don’t want to be doing. In addition you could miss out on key sales if you cannot find those missing orders. So with this in mind it is definitely worth the $20 price tag!
