TrustPilot and OpenCart

If you're not aware of TrustPilot already, it's an independent platform that allows customers to review the service they receive from your company online. It presents these reviews on your website in a little widget that you can add.

Trust is vitally important in online sales, so being able to show real, unedited reviews is highly beneficial (assuming they're mostly positive of course!)

TrustPilot will automatically email customers a set number of days after they've ordered asking politely for a review (and this email can be totally customized and branded). On average, 7% of customers complete the review. You will get an email when a review is submitted so that you can sort out any potential issues as quickly as possible.

If you have a facebook page, it's very easy to display the reviews on there but one of the biggest benefits is that you get the lovely gold stars next to your entry in the search engine results:
