A Closer Look at the Raspberry Pi

Posted by Paul on August 13, 2012

The Raspberry Pi is a very small and very cheap (£22) computer, designed to get more people in to programming, which can't be a bad thing!

It has a graphical programming language from MIT called Scratch (http://scratch.mit.edu/) which allows you to program by dragging and dropping.

It would also be a great media center as it only consumes around 2 Watts but has a powerful graphics processor that supports Blu-ray quality 1080p video.
