Why Email New Requests to Our Info Email?

Whenever you have a new requirement it is always best to email info@antropy.co.uk as opposed to just one of the team. The main reason for this is if the person is on annual leave or extremely busy then your request will likely get missed.

If you email our info email then either myself, Cristina or Paul will pick this up and we can guarantee that your request will be picked up and taken care of. We have had instances over the years whereby a support request has been emailed to only one person and when the client follows up to the info email a couple days later asking for an update, of course it hasn’t been picked up.

This also links perfectly with a blog Paul wrote a couple of years ago titled Please Use "Reply All" in Group Emails” as this can also be frustrating whereby someone will reply only to one person but then they are away so it only gets picked up upon their return. 

So the moral of the story is that new requests go to info@antropy.co.uk and keep everyone cc’d in on emails so that communication can be continued even if someone is away.
